  1. What is in it for you? Why would you do this for free?

    Nothing. Just the satisfaction that I am putting my free time to good use and helping others in the process.

  2. How can I trust you by providing you my FTP and Database info?

    You may want to create temporary accounts for me and delete them once I am done with the installation.

  3. How soon will you start attending my request? How much time will you take to complete it?

    I'll take it up depending on my free time, other pending requests and my mood. Usually each installation will take up about half an hour. I'll keep you updated by e-mail.

  4. What all info do you need to do the installation (or) What data should I provide you via the contact form?

    This depends on the script. But usually it's the following:

    • The name of the script and its homepage
    • FTP server IP, username and password.
    • (If the script uses a database) MySQL host name, database name, username and password.
    • Where you want me to install the script. Ex.: If you want me to set up phpBB on your site, tell me whether I should install it at yoursite.com/forum or yoursite.com/forums or yoursite.com/phpbb or somewhere else.
  5. I want you to attend my request on priority. I am willing to pay. Is that possible?

    Sure. Mention that in the message you write via the contact form.
